- Acquired Industrial Fabric Division from Madura Coats, Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
- Shifted the plant and machinery from Madurai to Dadra in Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
- Started manufacturing and supplying Conveyor Belt fabric from Madura Industrial Textiles Limited (MIT Unit-1).
2006 - 07
MIT Unit-1 entered into the Tire Cord segment,
manufacturing and supplying to almost all major tire manufacturing
companies in the domestic and international markets.
